Opportunity description

The acquisition and use of these vehicles will increase the level of safety of users during work on overhead electricity distribution networks and will reduce the duration of interruptions to consumers' electricity supply in the event of an accidental interruption in the supply of electricity to consumers caused by network failures. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities under the Framework Agreement: According to the Quantity Annex attached to this documentation. Estimated quantities for subsequent contracts: According to the Quantity Annex attached to this documentation. Frequency of the subsequent contracts to be awarded: According to the award documentation, namely one subsequent contract per year. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is: 32.199.048,00 lei excluding VAT. Interested economic operators may request clarifications or additional information no later than the 19th day before the deadline for submitting requests to participate/tenders, and the Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the established deadline—in accordance with Art. 29 para. (3) of Government Decision 394/2016. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to send two consolidated responses, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 172 para. (2) and Art. 173 para. (1) of Law No. 99/2016, as follows: – a first consolidated response, sent no later than the 11th day before the initial deadline for submitting tenders; – a second consolidated response, sent no later than the 11th day before the amended deadline for submitting tenders, if the deadline for submitting tenders is extended under the conditions of Art. 163 of Law No. 99/2016.
