Through this procurement, it is intended to purchase an “Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer” in order to achieve the final objective of the project financed under the Smart Growth, Digitalisation and Financial Instruments Programme 2021-2027 (PoCIDIF), call code PCIDIF/159/PCIDIF_P1/OP1/RSO1.1/ PCIDIF_A1 - Support for RDI projects for thematic consortia between public-private partners, under Action 1.1, Measure 1.1.2, entitled Artificial intelligence-based system and optical, photonic and electrochemical sensors for monitoring wastewater in high-risk environments - SISMED. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators at least 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. By applying this procedure, the contracting authority wishes to award a supply contract whose subject is the purchase of independent research equipment: Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer - 1 unit (according to the specifications), CPV Code: 38433210-4 During the performance of the contract, the contractor's activity will be governed by the following principles: i. The Contractor acts in the interest of the contracting authority for the duration of the supply of the products, under the conditions and within the limits described in the documentation relating to this award procedure; ii. The Contractor acts to achieve the objectives presented for the contract with regard to optimising the use of the resources necessary to fulfil the contract objectives. Procedure: open.
