The company operates across 3 regions (territorial units): Northern Transylvania, Southern Transylvania, Northern Muntenia and is responsible for the operation of its own energy installations under conditions of quality, safety, economic efficiency and environmental protection. Under this procurement, DEER SA wishes to procure the provision of services for “Activities related to the energy distribution service for Distribuție Energie Electrică Romania SA - TN and TS area”, a procurement divided into 2 lots, respectively: ─ LOT 1 – Activities related to the energy distribution service for DEER SA TN area; ─ LOT 2 – Activities related to the energy distribution service for DEER SA TS area; The procurement consists of the performance, by the tenderer declared the winner, of all activities that will be carried out by data operator personnel in the offices of the electricity distribution branches within Distribuție Energie Electrică România SA: Northern Transylvania area (Cluj Napoca, Oradea, Baia Mare, Satu Mare, Bistrița, Zalău) and Southern Transylvania area (Brașov, Alba, Sibiu, Mureș, Harghita, Covasna) in the following fields: specialist technical, network access, metering, contracting, etc. The contracting entity will provide the logistics necessary for the Provider to perform the procured services and the computing equipment necessary for the Provider for data operation and other activities described above. All operations performed by the Provider must be carried out in accordance with the specific legislation in force and, in particular, in compliance with the legislation governing the contracting entity’s specific field of activity Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 20 (before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications) The deadline by which the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is: on the 11th day before the deadline established in the Contract Notice for the submission of tenders Under this procurement, DEER SA wishes to procure the provision of services for “Activities related to the energy distribution service for Distribuție Energie Electrică Romania SA - TN area The procurement consists of the performance, by the tenderer declared the winner, of all activities that will be carried out by data operator personnel in the offices of the electricity distribution branches within Distribuție Energie Electrică România SA: Northern Transylvania area (Cluj Napoca, Oradea, Baia Mare, Satu Mare, Bistrița, Zalău), in the following fields: specialist technical, network access, metering, contracting, etc. The contracting entity will provide the logistics necessary for the Provider to perform the procured services and the computing equipment necessary for the Provider for data operation and other activities described above. All operations performed by the Provider must be carried out in accordance with the specific legislation in force and, in particular, in compliance with the legislation governing the contracting entity’s specific field of activity Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested over the entire duration of the Framework Agreement: - Estimated minimum and maximum quantity over the duration of the framework agreement: according to the specifications: - Minimum 52 - maximum 85 data operators (no. of persons), for a total number of hours/24 months of 4032 hours Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be covered by a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the term of the Framework Agreement: - Estimated minimum and maximum quantity over the duration of the subsequent contract: according to the specifications: - Minimum 52- maximum 85 data operators (no. of persons), for a total number of hours/12 months of 2016 hours - The maximum value of the largest subsequent contract is: 6.407.150,40 lei - Frequency of the contracts to be awarded (if known): min 2, max 8 - Duration of the subsequent contract: maximum 12 months from signing, depending on needs Under this procurement, DEER SA wishes to procure the provision of services for “Activities related to the energy distribution service for Distribuție Energie Electrică Romania SA - TS area The procurement consists of the performance, by the tenderer declared the winner, of all activities that will be carried out by data operator personnel in the offices of the electricity distribution branches within Distribuție Energie Electrică România SA: Southern Transylvania area (Brașov, Alba, Sibiu, Mureș, Harghita, Covasna, in the following fields: specialist technical, network access, metering, contracting, etc. The contracting entity will provide the logistics necessary for the Provider to perform the procured services and the computing equipment necessary for the Provider for data operation and other activities described above.
