Opportunity description

Provision of design and technical assistance services for preparing the documentation necessary to implement the objective “CLUJ CONFERENCE AND CONGRESS CENTER”, located in the municipality of Cluj-Napoca, Aurel Vlaicu Street. The subject of the service contract to be awarded consists of preparing the design documentation in phases as follows: • Stage 0: Preliminary stage (Finalization of the design brief and volumetric concept). • Stage 1: Preparation of the Feasibility Study (S.F.) and Zonal Urban Plan (P.U.Z.), obtaining endorsements/approvals. • Stage 2: Preparation of the Technical Documentation for Authorization of the Execution of Construction Works (D.T.A.C.) and Organization of Execution (D.T.O.E.). • Stage 3: Preparation of the Technical Project (P.Th.), Specifications and Execution Details (D.E.). • Stage 4: Technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works and delivery of the “As-Built” documentation. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification submitted on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
