Opportunity description

The total duration of the design services is 38 months, broken down as follows: - the effective duration for the Contractor to perform the design services is 6 months from the date specified in the Order to commence the design services, according to the activities mentioned in point 2 of the Technical Specifications, Stage I: I.1, I.2, I.3, I.4, I.7; - the duration for the Contracting Authority to perform the tasks is 2 months, according to the activities mentioned in point 2 of the Technical Specifications, Stage I: I.5,I.6, I.8. - provision of technical assistance during the execution of the designed works, namely 30 months (procurement of the works contract will be the subject of another procedure), from the commencement date of the works specified in the order to commence the works and until the date of approval of the acceptance report upon completion of the works without objections or the date of the report recording the resolution of any objections; .The warranty period granted for the completed works, including the installed machinery and equipment, is a minimum of 36 calendar months from acceptance upon completion of the works, after resolution of all objections identified by the acceptance committee, where applicable. The estimated value of the works design contract subject to this procedure is 5.174.767,22 lei excluding VAT, to which expenses for miscellaneous and unforeseen items in the amount of 566.125,75 lei excluding VAT are added. Breakdown of the estimated value: • Design value C – 2645: 405.926,70 lei excluding VAT; Design value I – 2645: 3.735.621,54 lei excluding VAT. Design value C/I – 2645: 4,141,548.23 lei excluding VAT; •Technical assistance value C – 2645: 105.563,60 lei excluding VAT. •Technical assistance value I – 2645: 927.655,39 lei excluding VAT.
