Romania – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Design services, Feasibility Study phase, for the project “Construction of Screening Center - Arad”

Opportunity description

The contracting authority is procuring design services, Feasibility Study phase, for the project “Construction of Screening Center - Arad” in accordance with the provisions of the specifications and their annexes. Funding will be provided from the funds allocated under project call BV18A - Implementation of the Pact on Asylum and Migration. Requests for clarification regarding the procurement documentation shall be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated “Questions” section in the details of the ongoing procurement procedure. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, insofar as these requests were submitted within the deadline mentioned in SECTION I, namely 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. ATTENTION!!! In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators shall comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the manner of submitting requests for clarification and additional information concerning procurement documentation / responses provided when conducting procedures for the award of public procurement contracts by electronic means (online), meaning that the documents attached to the “Questions” section SHALL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, since these will become public when the response is sent by the contracting authority! The contracting authority operates within the national public order and safety system, ensuring the integrated management of the state border, in the field of state border management, with a view to improving border security capacity. The Romanian Border Police intends to procure design services, Feasibility Study phase, in order to establish the technical and economic indicators of the future investment project. The contracting authority is procuring the above-mentioned services in accordance with the requirements in the specifications. The contracting authority will conclude a public procurement contract for services, which will enter into force from the date of signature by the last party until the conventional or legal exhaustion of any effect it produces. The contract implementation period will be 4 months from the date of signature by the last party. Total contract duration: 4 months from the date the contract is signed by the last party. Stage 1 – Preparation of feasibility study – 3 months from the date the contract is signed by the last party. Stage 2 – Acceptance of the feasibility study by the beneficiary – 15 days. Stage 3 – Making the modifications requested by the beneficiary – 15 days. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 413,223.14 RON.
