Design services (documentation for obtaining endorsements and approvals, the building permit, DTAC, DTOE, DTAD, as applicable, PT+DE, and technical specifications by specialty) and technical assistance from the designer for the investment objective “CAPITAL REPAIRS TO BUILDINGS AND ANNEXES OF LIVESTOCK FARM NO. 2 ERNEI” The estimated value of the design services and technical assistance from the designer for the investment objective "CAPITAL REPAIRS TO BUILDINGS AND ANNEXES OF LIVESTOCK FARM NO. 2 ERNEI” is 802,500 lei plus VAT, broken down according to the approved general cost estimate for the investment, as follows: • Chap. 3.5.4 Technical documentation required to obtain endorsements/approvals/permits – 12,500 lei excluding VAT; • Chap. 3.5.6 – Technical design and execution details, including technical specifications by specialty and technical documentation for the works procurement procedure – Phases II and III: 668,000 lei excluding VAT; • Chap. 3.8.1 Designer’s technical assistance – 122,000 lei plus VAT; The values indicated for the respective chapters/budget lines are indicative and do not represent value limits imposed on tenderers when preparing the financial proposal.
