Opportunity description

The semi-buried shooting range at Barracks 1027 Cluj-Napoca is located in an open area. It is currently in an advanced state of deterioration. The configuration of the shooting range no longer meets current needs. The purpose of this procurement is to carry out the works necessary to ensure optimal conditions for the military units assigned to the range to conduct firing exercises with light infantry weapons and to prevent accidents. In order to achieve the general objective, the main investment components are: OBJECT 1 – Reinforcement of bullet traps; OBJECT 2 – Rehabilitation of the semi-buried shooting range; OBJECT 4 – Construction of sanitary facilities and annexes; OBJECT 5 – Fencing; OBJECT 6 – Septic tank with pump-out reservoir; OBJECT 7 – Rehabilitation of the electrical installations serving the semi-buried shooting range; OBJECT 8 – External networks; OBJECT 9 – Restoration of the access road; OBJECT 10 – Construction of a gazebo. Subject of the contract – execution of all works identified in the technical design and the related annexes and includes: 1. procurement of all necessary materials and products, all machinery, means and equipment (including any lifting or handling machinery) required for the execution of the works; 2. any activity or temporary work necessary for preparing the construction site, or any authorization required by the Contractor from the competent authorities for the execution of the works and the performance of temporary activities and works; 3. transport to the construction site of any materials, machinery, components and work equipment, and any normal or extraordinary means necessary for the execution of the works; 4. any testing and relevant tests, as such testing and tests are required by legislation and regulations in the field of the construction quality assurance system; 5. any consumables necessary for the execution of the works and the performance of testing; 6. normal and extraordinary maintenance of the works until they are handed over to the Contracting Authority; 7. activities and consumables necessary to keep the construction site clean and operational, and the dismantling and removal of any temporary works or activities; 8. preparation of any documentation required by the Contractor for the execution of the works, documentation which includes but is not limited to: a) General schedules for the implementation of the public investment (physical and financial); b) Quality plan for execution; c) Quality control plan; d) Certifications and material test results 9. Documentation of the information required for the Construction Technical Book, including documentation of the operating instructions.
