Opportunity description

The semi-underground shooting range at Barracks 1027 Cluj-Napoca is set up in an open space. It is currently in an advanced state of deterioration. The configuration of the shooting range no longer meets current needs. The purpose of this procurement is to carry out the works necessary to ensure optimal conditions for shooting with light infantry weapons by the assigned military units and to prevent accidents. In order to achieve the general objective, the basic investment objects are: OBJECT 1 – Reinforcement of bullet stops; OBJECT 2 – Rehabilitation of the semi-underground shooting range; OBJECT 4 – Construction of sanitary facilities and annexes; OBJECT 5 – Fencing; OBJECT 6 – Septic tank with pump-out tank; OBJECT 7 – Rehabilitation of electrical installations serving the semi-underground shooting range; OBJECT 8 – External networks; OBJECT 9 – Restoration of the access road; OBJECT 10 – Construction of a gazebo. Subject matter of the contract – execution of all works identified in the technical design and the related annexes and includes: 1. the procurement of all necessary materials and products, all machinery, means and equipment (including any lifting or handling machinery) required for the execution of the works; 2. any activity or temporary work necessary for preparing the construction site, or any authorization required by the Contractor from the competent authorities for executing the works and carrying out temporary activities and works; 3. transport to the construction site of any materials, machinery, components and work equipment, and any normal or extraordinary means required for the execution of the works; 4. any testing and relevant tests, as required by legislation and regulations in the field of the quality assurance system in construction; 5. any consumables required for the execution of the works and performance of the tests; 6. normal and extraordinary maintenance of the works until their handover to the Contracting Authority; 7. activities and consumables required to keep the construction site clean and operational, and the dismantling and removal of any temporary works or activities; 8. preparation of any documentation required by the Contractor for the execution of the works, documentation that includes but is not limited to: a) General schedules for carrying out the public investment (physical and financial); b) Quality plan for execution; c) Quality control plan; d) Certifications and results of material tests 9. Documentation of the information required for the Construction Technical Book, including documentation of the operating instructions.
