Opportunity description

Organization of 8 demonstration visits (maximum 40 participants/event): day 1—accommodation and dinner, day 2—demonstration visits, dinner and accommodation, day 3—breakfast and check-out, over an implementation period of 22 months, with the participation of a maximum of 320 people. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested—20. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information at least 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Organization of 8 demonstration visits, with the participation of a maximum of 320 people, namely a maximum of 40 participants for each event. The demonstration visits will take place in Romania. The locations where the project activities will be carried out will be proposed by the Contracting Authority and agreed upon based on availability verification by the service provider.
