Opportunity description

The CREST Association intends to procure catering services, accommodation with breakfast, lunches and dinners, coffee breaks, provision of training rooms, reimbursement of participants’ transport and technical assistance necessary for the optimal conduct of the activities provided for under the project “Effective Strategies for the Management of Healthcare-Associated Infections in the Healthcare System - SEMISS”, in accordance with the provisions of the Tender Specifications, the Technical Proposal and the Contract. The deadline by which economic operators may request clarifications is 20 days before the date for submission of tenders. The contracting authority responds to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. At present, in order to ensure the proper conduct of the activities specific to the project “Effective Strategies for the Management of Healthcare-Associated Infections in the Healthcare System - SEMISS”, the CREST Association intends to procure services necessary for implementing the project activities, for the purpose of achieving the objectives undertaken through the project and fulfilling the result and output indicators associated with the funding granted. A tender is requested for a package of services to provide catering for 42 information events organized in the county seats and the municipality of Bucharest. The specific and general requirements are described in the Tender Specifications. Total estimated value of lot 1: 294.000,00 lei excluding VAT.
