Provision of training event organization services for participants from the North-East (NE), South-East (SE), North-West (NW), Central, Western, South-West Oltenia, South Muntenia, Bucharest-Ilfov regions, consisting of the organization of 75 training sessions, according to the indicative structure below: - Number of training sessions: 75; - Estimated number of participants: 1500 people organized into groups of 20 participants, to which 1 training expert/session is added, resulting in an estimated total of 1575 people for the 75 events. - Duration: 3 course days/session, respectively 16 hours (6 hours on day 1, 6 hours on day 2, 4 hours on day 3), 3 nights’ accommodation; The training sessions will be organized in the following regional centers: Iași (25 sessions); Brașov (25 sessions); Constanța (18 sessions); Bucharest-Ilfov (7 sessions) The event organization services will include the following components: • Accommodation services with breakfast included for participants and experts involved in conducting the training sessions, for the period of 3 nights/session; • Meal services, namely the provision of lunch and dinner for participants and experts, as well as the organization of coffee breaks during the training activities; • Rental of course rooms suitable for conducting the training activities, appropriately equipped within the accommodation facilities or at equivalent locations; • Promotional materials and supplies necessary for conducting the activities, produced in accordance with the visual identity requirements applicable to the Health Program 2021–2027: ● Personalized badge ● Personalized A4 folder with pocket ● Personalized notepad, in compliance with the Health Program visual identity ● Personalized white plastic pen ● A4 cardboard participation certificate in compliance with the Health Program visual identity • Event organization and support services, including logistical coordination activities, participant management, space preparation, technical assistance and administrative support during the training sessions.
