Opportunity description

Following this procedure, the aim is to provide Services for the preparation of D.A.L.I., P.A.C., P.T.E. and Technical Assistance from the Designer, related to the investment objective “MODERNIZATION AND REHABILITATION OF COUNTY ROAD DJ 100B” Context of this procurement: The documentation is prepared at the Beneficiary's request on the basis of the concept note; the implementation of this investment objective will aim to ensure smooth road traffic in Prahova County, having a positive effect on both the environment and people by reducing pollution and time spent in traffic. County road DJ 100B provides the connection between the localities of Potigrafu (from DN 1) – Balta Doamnei – Lacul Turcului – Gherghița – Drăgănești – Bărăitaru – Fulga (DJ 100C). The total length of the studied county road DJ 100B, which is the subject of the design and technical assistance from the designer, is 36.492 km. The implementation of the investment objective will improve traffic flow in the area, having a positive effect on both the environment and people by reducing pollution and time spent in traffic. These Specifications require the provision of the following services: - Field studies (topographic, geotechnical, identification of existing networks, etc.) - Technical expert assessments by specialty (roads, bridges, etc.) - D.A.L.I. documentation - P.A.C. documentation - P.T.E. documentation - Documentation for obtaining the Urban Planning Certificate - Documentation for endorsements and agreements - Environmental impact report - Other specific studies – Pedological study, Traffic study, etc. - Technical assistance from the Designer throughout the execution works. When submitting bids, the total estimated value of 7,675,000.00 lei excluding VAT shall not be exceeded. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of bids. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information regarding the procurement documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of bids. The contracting authority will not respond to requests for clarification submitted after the established deadline. The purpose of the procurement is to carry out the field studies, geotechnical study, environmental impact report, supporting documentation for obtaining endorsements, agreements and authorizations, Technical expert assessments, as well as D.A.L.I., P.A.C., P.T.E. and technical assistance for the implementation of the objective: “MODERNIZATION AND REHABILITATION OF COUNTY ROAD DJ 100B”.
