Provision of a P1-type private fire-brigade service without a fire engine According to the subject matter of this procedure, the aim is to procure fire prevention and firefighting services with specialized firefighters by establishing a P1-type service at unit level, awarded to a private service established as a company providing services under contract, in accordance with Art. 40 and Art. 41 of Order No. 51 of 15 March 2024 approving the Performance Criteria regarding the establishment, staffing and equipping of voluntary services and private services for emergency situations, for the entire duration of the framework agreement, namely 24 months. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
