The subject of the contract is - Design services for preparing the technical documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works (D.T.A.C.), organization of the execution of works (D.T.O.E.), Technical Execution Design (P.Th.) + Execution Details (D.E.), verification of the technical documentation by authorized technical verifiers, provision of technical assistance by the designer and, respectively, Execution of construction works + equipping the objective related to the investment objective “Firefighters Subunit within the ‘Mihail Sturdza’ Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of Iași County – Vlădeni locality,” financed from European funds related to the Sustainable Development Programme (P.D.D.) 2021-2027, Priority 3 - Promoting adaptation to climate change and risk management, Action 3.2 Improving the risk response system in order to improve response times in emergency situations. Number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 25 days. Deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information: on the 15th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. Requests for clarification regarding the procurement documentation shall be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated “Questions” section in the details of the ongoing procurement procedure. ATTENTION!!! In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators shall comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of submitting requests for clarification and additional information concerning the procurement documentation / responses formulated when conducting public procurement contract award procedures by electronic means (online), meaning that the documents attached to the “Questions” section SHALL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, since these will become public when the response is transmitted by the contracting authority! The subject of the contract is - Design services for preparing the technical documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works (D.T.A.C.), organization of the execution of works (D.T.O.E.), Technical Execution Design (P.Th.) + Execution Details (D.E.), verification of the technical documentation by authorized technical verifiers, provision of technical assistance by the designer and, respectively, Execution of construction works + equipping the objective related to the investment objective “Firefighters Subunit within the ‘Mihail Sturdza’ Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of Iași County – Vlădeni locality,” financed from European funds related to the Sustainable Development Programme (P.D.D.) 2021-2027, Priority 3 - Promoting adaptation to climate change and risk management, Action 3.2 Improving the risk response system in order to improve response times in emergency situations, as follows: • Preparation of technical documentation for obtaining endorsements and approvals and preparation of the specialist studies necessary for authorizing and executing construction works • Preparation of technical documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works • Preparation of the technical execution design and execution details • Verification of the technical documentation by authorized technical verifiers • Execution of construction works in accordance with the technical designs prepared + equipping the objective • Provision of technical assistance by the designer during the execution of the works. In accordance with the general cost estimate for the investment objective, the estimated value of the contract consists of: Chap. 1 Obtaining and preparing the land: 221.077,00 lei excluding VAT; Chap. 2 Expenses for providing the utilities required for the objective: 102.700,00 lei excluding VAT; Chap. 3 Expenses for design and technical assistance: 79.083,18 lei excluding VAT; Chap. 4 Expenses for the basic investment: 3.549.868,00 lei excluding VAT (of which the value of the equipment is 58.500,00 lei excluding VAT); Chap. 5 Other expenses: 6.355,39 lei excluding VAT; Chap. 6 Expenses for technological trials and tests and handover to the beneficiary: 9.050,00 lei excluding VAT; Procedure: open.
