Opportunity description

Purchase of food products to ensure daily meals for the beneficiaries of the services provided by the Social Assistance Canteen, Day Centres for Elderly Persons and the “Bucuria” Centre for Schoolchildren. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information before the tender submission date, namely on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, so that economic operators benefit from the 10 days provided for by Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days.
