Opportunity description

The Bacău Forestry Directorate, through its subunits, wishes to procure forest regeneration services in the state-owned public forest fund during the period 2026-2030. Regeneration means the process of establishing a new forest in place of one that has been harvested or is being harvested, or of creating a forest on land suitable for this purpose. Forest regeneration may be achieved naturally or artificially. The forestry service for forest regeneration aims to stimulate the establishment and development of seedlings, as well as the measures necessary for the artificial establishment of the forest through afforestation and their normal development until canopy closure is achieved. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. NOTE: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that were not submitted within the deadline established in Section I.3 of the Procurement Data Sheet—18 days before the deadline for submitting tenders.
