Economic operators may request clarifications 18 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond on (within 11 days) the eleventh day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarification/additional information. The lists with the quantities of services to be provided are attached to the technical specifications for each individual lot. The beneficiary will make available to the service provider the site where the work must be carried out, with the reference/model areas (areas on which the respective work has been performed by the service provider under the supervision of specialists from the forestry unit).
