Framework agreement regarding the public procurement of VEGETABLES, FRUIT AND CANNED VEGETABLES AND FRUIT, in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications. The total estimated value of the AC, expressed in lei excluding VAT, is min. 817.57 lei and max. 837,300.79 lei, respectively Lot No. 1 – Vegetables and fruit The total estimated value of the AC in lei excluding VAT is min. 640.93 lei and max. 516,174.30 lei The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract in lei excluding VAT is min. 640.93 lei – max. 343,402.61 lei Lot No. 2 – Canned products The total estimated value of the AC in lei excluding VAT is min. 176.64 lei and max. 321,126.49 lei The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract in lei excluding VAT is min. 174.64 lei – max. 187,409.64 lei. The quantities of products are those specified in the tender specifications. The products will be delivered with the characteristics and under the conditions requested in the tender specifications. The anticipated duration of the framework agreement is 12 months from the date of its execution. During the framework agreement, 3 subsequent contracts will be concluded. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The products will be delivered in the quantities, with the characteristics and under the conditions requested in the Tender Specifications. Delivery will be made using the supplier's appropriate means of transport to the centers under the authority of D.G.A.S.P.C. Vaslui, identified in Annex No. 1 to the tender specifications. The anticipated duration of the framework agreement is 12 months, calculated from the date of its execution. During the framework agreement, 3 subsequent contracts will be concluded. Procedure: open.
