Opportunity description

Purchase of hardwood firewood for heating during the winter of the buildings within the residential centers in Mures County under the authority/within the structure of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Mures. An 11-month framework agreement (June 2026 - 30.04.2027) will be concluded with 1 economic operator, without reopening competition—for each individual LOT among the 3 LOTs. Subsequent contracts will be concluded for periods ranging from 1 month to 6 months, depending on the needs of the contracting authority and the availability of financial resources allocated for this purpose, in compliance with the provisions of Law 500/2002 and Order 1792/2002—for each individual LOT among the 3 LOTs. The duration of the subsequent contracts concluded may exceed the validity period of the framework agreement. The maximum estimated value excluding VAT of the framework agreement that is the subject of this procedure is 1,593,750.00 lei, cumulatively for the 3 LOTs. The estimated value excluding VAT of the largest subsequent contract expected to be concluded under this procedure is 869,318.18 lei, cumulatively for the 3 LOTs. The hardwood firewood will be delivered to the beneficiary's premises, namely to the residential services/centers/houses under the authority/within the structure of DGASPC Mures, specified in the Tender Specifications. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 17. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
