The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a contract for a period of 50 months, starting from 01.11.2026, for the supply of automotive fuel (diesel and unleaded petrol), from automotive fuel distribution stations, using cards, for refuelling the vehicles belonging to the S.A.D.P. vehicle fleet. The total quantity of diesel and unleaded petrol expected to be purchased over the entire contract period is approximately 450,000 litres, of which: Unleaded petrol RON min. 95 SR EN 228/2008 – 25,500 litres Diesel, minimum cetane number 51 SR EN 590/2010 – 424,500 litres In accordance with the specifications and tender documentation. The estimated value is 3,825,000 lei excluding VAT. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 10 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification submitted on the 6th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. For requests for clarification received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to provide a response.
