Opportunity description

Procurement of maintenance services, repairs, ISCIR technical inspections, pressure valve checks for thermal equipment, checks and servicing of natural gas installations. The specific objective of the procurement is the purchase of monthly maintenance services for heating/electric boilers and boilers that are no longer under warranty; monthly maintenance services for heating/electric boilers under warranty; periodic technical inspection (VTP) services for heating boilers and boilers; safety valve inspection services; natural gas installation inspection services every 2 years; natural gas installation servicing services every 10 years; as well as the supply of spare parts intended for heating/electric boilers/boilers. The award criterion applied is “the best price-quality ratio”. This procurement aims to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 48 months. The largest subsequent contract will be concluded for a period of 8 months. The minimum and maximum quantities of the agreement and the minimum and maximum quantities of the subsequent contract are set out in the annexes to the framework agreement proposal. The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 3 (three) economic operators ranked in order of the price offered, if there are three economic operators declared admissible (meeting the requested conditions according to the procurement documentation). If there are fewer than three economic operators, the framework agreement will be concluded with all qualified economic operators. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 18 DAYS. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
