Romania – Gas chromatographs – Complete refurbishment of the gas chromatograph system in Unit 2, CR 45422

Opportunity description

The procurement concerns the supply of equipment and accessories necessary for the refurbishment of the gas chromatograph system in Unit 2 (U2) of Cernavodă NPP, together with associated services consisting of the manufacture and complete replacement of the gas chromatograph system (deinstallation/installation), and the training of personnel for its maintenance and operation, within a contractual period of 12 months. - Requests for clarifications or additional information concerning the procurement documentation shall be submitted by economic operators through SEAP at least 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders; - The Contracting Entity's response to requests for clarification shall be transmitted on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, insofar as the requests for clarification or additional information were submitted within the stipulated period, in accordance with Article 173 of Law No. 99/2016, as subsequently amended. The procurement concerns the supply of equipment and accessories necessary for the refurbishment of the Gas Chromatograph system in Unit 2, in accordance with Chapter 3.2 of the Technical Specifications, as follows: 1. Manufacture and supply of the hardware and software assembly products for the U2 gas chromatograph system; 2. Provision of services associated with the supply of the products, namely: - services necessary for the replacement (deinstallation/installation) of the existing gas chromatograph system at the beneficiary's premises, as well as testing, operational trials and acceptance of the system; - other ancillary services and operations associated with the purpose of the contract, namely: transportation of the products and training of the beneficiary's personnel. For the activities involving the manufacture, installation and testing of equipment related to the U2 gas chromatograph system, the requirements of the project developed by Cernavodă NPP shall apply, in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Technical Specifications.
