The subject of the works contract to be awarded consists of the provision of design services, technical assistance from the designer, and execution of works for the implementation of the project “Establishment of a natural gas distribution network in the communes of Șcheia and Mironeasa, Iași County”. The natural gas supply system for the communes of Șcheia and Mironeasa will include the establishment of the network in all localities of the communes. A. Pressure regulation and metering station. B. Natural gas supply network. C. Special works on the natural gas supply network 1. Connections to the gas network The feasibility study considers technical and economic elements relating to the construction of individual connections to the gas network because they will be an integral part of the optimal operation of the gas network after the designed natural gas supply system is commissioned. Thus, 1775 connections are proposed on the designed gas network (760 in Șcheia commune and 1015 in Mironeasa commune). The total length of the connection pipes in the communes of Șcheia and Mironeasa, along the route of the designed network, is 17750 m, and they will be made of PEHD, SDR11, Dn 32 mm. In some places, the connection pipe will have to pass underneath the paved roads within the commune. These will be protected with a PEHD protective pipe, De 150 mm. The total length of the undercrossings is 3550 m. Ultimately, the execution of a “smart” gas system equipped with data transmission technology is sought. 2. Undercrossings of roads and valleys 3. Works for the removal and restoration of ballasted roads Total duration for completion of the objective: 24 months, of which: 2 months (60 days) for design and 22 months of actual execution until acceptance upon completion of the works, as well as the works warranty period until final acceptance (36 months). The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The contract will have the following stages: A. Preparation of the following documentation: a. If applicable: documentation for obtaining/extending the validity of the building permit. b. Technical Design, in accordance with the legal provisions; c. Execution details; d. Preparation of the report upon completion of execution; e. Program for monitoring the behavior of the works over time; f. “As-built” design; B. Related services: a. Technical assistance during the execution of the works (including decisive phases and changes made to the design), technical assistance during the works warranty period. C. Execution of the works The estimated value is 31,723,573.00 lei excluding VAT and includes: Chapter 2 Expenses for ensuring the utilities required for the objective 2.1 Expenses for ensuring the utilities required for the objective: 160,000 lei Chapter 3 Expenses for design and technical assistance 3.5.6 Technical design and execution details: 960,000 lei. 3.8.
