The subject of the works contract to be awarded consists of the provision of design services, technical assistance from the designer and execution of works for the implementation of the objective: “ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN STANILESTI AND LUNCA BANULUI COMMUNES, VASLUI COUNTY”. DISTRIBUTION NETWORK In order to supply gas to future subscribers in the villages of Stănilești and Gura Văii, belonging to Stănilești Commune, Vaslui County, and the villages of Lunca Banului and Oțetoaia, belonging to Lunca Banului Commune, Vaslui County, a natural gas distribution system will be designed, which will initially be located on the important streets and lanes. The designed distribution network will operate at reduced pressure (2.0–0.05 bar). The distribution system will be branched and will supply a series of tree-like branches. Where possible, local loops will also be closed. The initial length of the distribution network is 40.560 km. The common distribution network serving the two communes of Stanilești and Lunca Banului, Vaslui County, is delimited as follows: – the distribution network, common section, belonging to the locality of Huși, which starts at the intersection of Calea Basarabiei and Șoseaua Hușilor and is delimited by a Dn200 valve located at the entrance to the Stanilești administrative-territorial unit and is sized for a flow rate of 2,300 Nmch. – the distribution network, common section, serving the locality of Gura Văii, which starts at the Dn200 valve located at the entrance to the Stanilești administrative-territorial unit and the Dn200 valve located at the entrance to the village of Gura Văii, belonging to Stanilești Commune, and is sized for a flow rate of 2,100 Nmch. The distribution network serving the two communes of Stanilești and Lunca Banului, Vaslui County, is delimited as follows: the distribution network belonging to Stanilești Commune lies between the entrance to the village of Gura Văii and the exit from Stanilești Commune, delimited by a PE100 Dn200 valve, where the distribution network serving Lunca Banului Commune begins, continuing to the ends of the pipeline sections in the village of Oțetoaia, belonging to Lunca Banului Commune, Vaslui County. The distribution network serving the villages of Stanilești and Gura Văii, belonging to Stănilești Commune, Vaslui County, will be sized for a flow rate of 2,100 Nmch, which will also take into account the flow rate required (800 Nmch) for the villages of Lunca Banului and Oțetoaia, belonging to Lunca Banului Commune, Vaslui County. We mention that the route of the distribution network is indicative; during the design phase, the routes of the new distribution system and its actual length will be finalized. The contract will have the following stages: A. Preparation of the following documentation: a. Technical documentation for obtaining the building permit; b. Technical documentation for obtaining endorsements and approvals in accordance with the urban planning certificate (endorsements from network owners, ISC approval where applicable, etc.); c. If applicable: documentation for obtaining/extending the validity of the urban planning certificate; d. Technical documentation for organizing the execution of the works; e. Technical Design, in accordance with the legal provisions; f. Execution details; g. Preparation of the report upon completion of execution; h. Program for monitoring the behavior of the works over time; i. “As-built” design; B. Related services: a. Technical verification of the design. b. Obtaining endorsements and approvals, including the building permit (payment of fees is the responsibility of the final beneficiary of the investment); c. Technical assistance during the execution of the works (including the determining stages and modifications made to the design), technical assistance during the works warranty period. C. Execution of the works The estimated value is 33,707,718.00 lei excluding VAT and includes: Chapter 1: Expenses for obtaining and preparing the land: Expenses for the relocation/protection of utilities (local budget): 6,000.00 lei. Chapter 3: Expenses for design and technical assistance: 3.5.4 Technical documentation required for obtaining endorsements/approvals/authorizations (local budget): 30,000 lei; 3.5.5 Technical quality verification of the DTAC, technical design and execution details (local budget): 50,120.00 lei; 3.5.6 Technical design and execution details (state budget): 1,002,400.00 lei; 3.8. Technical assistance (local budget): 100,000 lei. Chapter 4.1. Construction and installations: 4.1.1. Natural gas distribution network: 32,299,198.00 lei, of which: 4.1.1.a State budget: 11,303,284.87 lei; 4.1.1 b Local budget: 20,995,913.13 lei. Chapter 5 Other expenses 5.1. Site organization (local budget): 80,000 lei; Chapter 6: Expenses for technological trials and tests 6.2 Technological trials and tests (local budget): 140,000 lei.
