Opportunity description

Liquid nitrogen is a critical element in the phases of preparing wells for production (commissioning) and during major repairs. It is indispensable for removing drilling fluids and carrying out special operations through Coiled Tubing, such as: formation washing and acidizing, nitrogen unloading, cleaning wells and flowlines, as well as in casing cementing processes. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. The number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders / requests to participate by which clarifications may be requested will be 18 days. At the same time, pursuant to the legal provisions in force, any economic operator has the right to request clarifications regarding the content of the procurement documentation and implicitly regarding the contractual clauses (which are part of the procurement documentation) 18 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The ESPD relating to the procurement procedure will be completed by the economic operators directly in SICAP. ATTENTION: Failure to submit the ESPD integrated into SEAP for the sole tenderer / associated tenderer together with the tender will result in the tender being rejected as unacceptable pursuant to Article 143(2)(b) of Government Decision 394/2016 and its rejection in accordance with Article 143(1) of Government Decision 394/2016.
