The works contract “Extension and rehabilitation of water and sewerage networks, transmission pipelines and water facilities in the town of Copșa Mică and the communes of Târnava, Valea Viilor, Axente Sever and Șeica Mare, Sibiu County” comprises: in the WATER SECTOR Mediaș – Copșa Mică - Agârbiciu transmission system - Extension and rehabilitation of the water supply system in the Town of Copșa Mică; - Extension and rehabilitation of the water supply system in the locality of Axente Sever (Axente Sever commune); - Extension and rehabilitation of the water supply system in the locality of Agârbiciu (Axente Sever commune); - Extension and rehabilitation of the water supply system in the locality of Târnava (Târnava commune); - Extension and rehabilitation of the water supply system in the locality of Valea Viilor (Valea Viilor commune); - Extension and rehabilitation of the water supply system in the locality of Motiș (Valea Viilor commune); - Extension of the transmission pipeline along the Agârbiciu – Șeica Mare – Buia route; - Extension of the water supply system in the locality of Șeica Mare (Șeica Mare commune); - Extension of the water supply system in the locality of Buia (Șeica Mare commune); - Equipping the existing water reservoirs in the Municipality of Mediaș with flowmeter chambers SEWERAGE SECTOR -Rehabilitation, extension and integration into the system of the domestic sewerage network in the Town of Copșa Mică -Rehabilitation, extension and integration into the system of the domestic sewerage network in the locality of Axente Sever (Axente Sever commune); -Rehabilitation, extension and integration into the system of the domestic sewerage network in the locality of Târnava (Târnava commune); -Rehabilitation of the sewerage system in the locality of Șeica Mare (Șeica Mare commune). The works concern: a) Construction works b) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment c) Testing and commissioning d) Monitoring and providing assistance/consultancy to the responsible personnel during the Defects Notification Period, when necessary; e) Remedying any defects arising during the Defects Notification Period (warranty period) of at least 36 months, respectively 1095 days; f) Training the Beneficiary’s and/or Operator’s personnel The number of days up to which interested Economic Operators may request clarifications before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications is 19 days before the deadline for submitting tenders.
