The procurement consists of: Lot 1 – Extension of the water supply and sewerage system in UAT Ciucsângeorgiu: • Extension of drinking water distribution networks with a length of 40.323 m; • Connections – 1.590 units; • Hydrants - 39 units; • Valve chambers – 181 units; • Pumping stations – 4 units; • Undercrossings – 533 m; • SCADA equipment – 3 units; • Sewerage pipeline with a length of 30.426 m; • Inspection chambers 1.093 units; • Connections – 886 units; • Pumping stations – 18 units; • Discharge pipelines of 3.287 m; • Valve chambers – 34 units; • Undercrossings – 427,3 m; • SCADA equipment – 5 units; Lot 2 – Extension of the water supply and sewerage system in Sânmartin and Sânsimion: • UAT Sânmartin: - extension of the water supply network, L= 1.296 m; - extension of the sewerage network 8.104 m; - establishment of 19 wastewater pumping stations; - discharge pipelines L= 1.831 m ; • UAT Sânsimion: - extension of the water supply network, L= 360 m; - extension of the sewerage network L= 30.825 m; - establishment of 17 wastewater pumping stations; - discharge pipelines L= 4.767 m; The subject matter of the contract includes: a) Construction works; b) Supply and installation of technological machinery and equipment; c) Testing and commissioning; d) Monitoring and providing assistance/consultancy to the responsible personnel during the Warranty Period, when necessary; e) Remedying any defects arising during the Warranty Period; f) Training the Beneficiary's personnel. Throughout the warranty period, the Contractor shall maintain personnel with a continuous presence to monitor the operational performance of the works carried out, in order to verify compliance with the maximum thresholds in the guarantees regarding operating costs, ensuring training and operational assistance for the Beneficiary's personnel. The number of days up to which interested Economic Operators may request clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders is 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications / additional information as follows: - 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders for requests for clarification submitted 34 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; - 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders for requests for clarification submitted 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
