Opportunity description

The contracting authority intends to conclude a contract for the procurement of guard services, access control with security guards and video monitoring in accordance with Law no. 333/2003 on the guarding of facilities, goods and valuables, for a minimum number of 7 posts and a maximum number of 11 posts at the facilities within D.R.D.P. CRAIOVA and the headquarters of National Roads Sections S.D.N. 1-6: Craiova, Dr. Tr. Severin, Tg. Jiu, Rm. Valcea, Slatina and Orsova. For guarding D.R.D.P. CRAIOVA and the headquarters of the National Roads Sections, one fixed guard post with qualified personnel is required at each location, 24/24 hours, which will provide guarding according to the established plan. Guarding will be provided by a specialized company authorized in accordance with Law 333/2003 on the guarding of facilities, goods and valuables and the protection of persons, as subsequently amended and supplemented, republished; Government Decision 301/2012 approving the Methodological Rules for the application of Law no. 333/2003 on the guarding of facilities, goods and valuables and the protection of persons, as subsequently amended and supplemented, republished. Note: A) Pursuant to art. 160 para. 1 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which economic operators interested in participating in the public procurement procedure have the right to request clarifications regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B) In accordance with the obligation provided for in art. 160 para. 2 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and specifically to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A) will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the deadline mentioned in point B), and consequently any request for clarification within the mentioned deadlines will be considered late.
