Romania – Guard services – FIXED CIVIL GUARDING AND VEHICLE PATROL GUARDING SERVICES AT C.N. A.C.N. SA FACILITIES.

Opportunity description

In accordance with the requirements of Specifications no. 16635 of 04/08/2026: a. Ensuring the guarding and protection of the Contracting Authority's employees, facilities, goods and valuables, in accordance with Annexes no. 1 and 2 to the Specifications and the schedule established for each individual facility and the site handover-takeover reports. b. Ensuring order and peace within the perimeter of the entrusted facilities. c. Ensuring the safety of the Contracting Authority's employees who carry out their activities within the entrusted facilities. d. Permanent video monitoring of the facilities where surveillance equipment is installed. e. Ensuring the guarding and integrity of the water quality monitoring system on the CDMN and CPAMN. f. Controlling access to the premises of the entrusted facilities. g. Ensuring the uninterrupted exchange of data between the Contracting Authority, the Contractor and the police authorities, intended to prevent and stop criminal activity. h. Provision of services by the Contractor in the field of environmental protection. The following number of posts are required for the provision of guarding services: - 23 fixed security guard posts, 24 h out of 24 h; - 1 fixed shift supervisor post, 24 h out of 24 h - 6 vehicle patrol guarding posts, 24 h out of 24 h, with a daily distance of 360 km/24 hours to be covered at the company's facilities. Guarding activities will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 333/08.07.2003 on the guarding of facilities, goods and valuables and the protection of persons and Government Decision no. 301/2012 approving the Methodological Rules for the implementation of Law 333/2003.
