Based on the framework agreement, guard, monitoring and intervention services will be provided for the headquarters of the Braşov Regional Customs Directorate and its subordinate units, for a duration of 24 months. Quantities required for the contract: Guard services Framework agreement quantity 2 posts/24 hours/calendar days: 2 posts*24 h/day*731 days = 35.088 hours. Framework agreement quantity 1 post/8 hours/working days: 1 post*8 h/day*504 days = 4.032 hours. Monitoring and intervention services Required quantity: 6 sites/month * 24 months The Braşov Regional Customs Directorate, in order to establish the estimated value of the contracts concerning guard services, alarm system monitoring and rapid intervention, carried out a check of prices on the Sicap platform and its own history regarding the provision of these services. This resulted in a maximum estimated value of: 1.345.056,00 lei excluding VAT for 24 months, 1.627.517,76 lei including VAT for 24 months for the provision of monitoring and rapid intervention services and guard services. The estimated value of the contracts for guarding, alarm system monitoring and rapid intervention was calculated according to the following algorithm: 1. Monitoring and rapid intervention services: - minimum estimated value: 140 lei/month x 6 sites x 24 months= 20.160 lei excluding VAT; - maximum estimated value: 160 lei/month x 6 sites x 24 months= 23.040 lei excluding VAT; 2. Guard Services: - 1 site minimum value: 28,00 lei/hour/agent x 8 hours x 21 working days/month x 24 months * 1 site = 112.896,00 lei excluding VAT; - 1 site maximum value: 32,00 lei/hour/agent x 8 hours x 21 working days/month x 24 months *1 site = 129.024,00 lei excluding VAT; - 2 sites minimum value: 30 lei/hour/agent x 24 hours/day x 731 calendar days x 2 sites = 1.052.640,00 lei excluding VAT; - 2 sites maximum value: 34 lei/hour/agent x 24 hours/day x 731 calendar days x 2 sites = 1.192.992,00 lei excluding VAT. TOTAL ESTIMATED MINIMUM: 1.185.696,00 lei excluding VAT for 24 months, 1.434.692,16 lei including VAT for 24 months; TOTAL ESTIMATED MAXIMUM: 1.345.056,00 lei excluding VAT for 24 months, 1.627.517,76 lei including VAT for 24 months; The preparation and evaluation of tenders will be carried out by reference to the total maximum estimated value of the framework agreement, which represents represents the sum of the max. value of the guard services over the 24-month period for 2+1 posts, related to the estimated max. quantity (maximum estimated number of hours) for guard services over 24 months for 2+1 posts, with the maximum value of monitoring and intervention services for 6 sites, related to the maximum estimated quantity (maximum estimated number of hours) for monitoring and intervention for 6 sites. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, provided that the requests are submitted at least 20 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders.
