Opportunity description

The number of days before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The provisions of Article 160 of updated Law No. 98/2016 and Article 27 of Government Decision No. 395/2016 shall be observed. Provision of guard services for the Batthyaneum Library in Alba Iulia, a branch of the National Library of Romania, in order to ensure the physical security of the heritage assets and employees (armed guarding), the minimum quantity is 672 hours for 1 (one) month, and the maximum quantity is 6,600 hours for 9 (nine) months, in accordance with the Tender Specifications No. 8214/11.12.2023; The contracting authority intends to procure “Guard services for the Batthyaneum Library in Alba Iulia”, a branch of the National Library of Romania, in order to ensure the physical security of the heritage assets and employees (armed guarding), from a specialized economic operator, in accordance with the Statement of Need No. 8214/11.12.2023 and the technical specifications detailed in the Tender Specifications No. 8199/11.12.2023, with a view to concluding a Framework Agreement for a period of 4 (four) years. Estimated value of the Framework Agreement: - The minimum estimated value is 16,800.00 lei excluding VAT for 1 (one) month; - The maximum estimated value is: 876,600.00 lei excluding VAT for 48 (forty-eight) months. Estimated value for the Subsequent Contracts: - The minimum estimated value is 16,800.00 lei excluding VAT for 1 (one) month; - The maximum estimated value is 165,000.00 excluding VAT for 9 (nine) months. Estimated quantities under the Framework Agreement: - the minimum quantity is 672 hours for 1 (one) month, in accordance with the Tender Specifications No. 8214/11.12.2023; - the maximum quantity is 35,064 hours for 48 (forty-eight) months, in accordance with the Tender Specifications No. 8214/11.12.2023; Estimated quantities for the Subsequent Contracts: - the minimum quantity is 672 hours for 1 (one) month, in accordance with the Tender Specifications No. 8214/11.12.2023; - the maximum quantity is 6,600 hours for 9 (nine) months, in accordance with the Tender Specifications No. 8214/11.12.2023; Procedure: open.
