Guarding services for the premises, goods and valuables held by the Craiova International Airport Autonomous Administration, for the purpose of providing guarding services at R.A. CRAIOVA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Proposed contract type: framework agreement for a period of 4 years for Guarding Services, in compliance with the requirements specified in the specifications and the procurement documentation. 4 (four) subsequent contracts will be concluded, one for each year. Deadline by which clarifications regarding the procurement documentation may be requested: 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; requests for clarification will be submitted through SICAP. Deadline for sending the response to clarifications: on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. Where economic operators request clarifications, these shall be submitted exclusively through SICAP in electronic format, signed with an advanced electronic signature based on a qualified certificate issued by an accredited certification service provider; the contracting entity will not respond to requests submitted by any other means of communication. Any response to requests for clarification or any amendment issued by the contracting authority will form part of the Procurement Documentation and will be communicated to all interested parties through SICAP. The contracting entity states that it will respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the deadline established in the Contract Notice. The contracting entity will not respond to requests submitted after this established deadline. The procurement entails the provision of Guarding Services for the premises, goods and valuables held by the Craiova International Airport Autonomous Administration, in accordance with Specifications No. 6566/06.08.2026. The need to procure the aforementioned services is essential for the proper conduct of the operational activities of R.A. Craiova International Airport, for the purpose of providing guarding services for R.A. CRAIOVA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. The sectoral procurement will be conducted using the professional resources available at the contracting entity through the Procurement Service and the Airport Security Service within R.A. CRAIOVA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT's own administrative apparatus. Proposed contract type: framework service agreement for “Guarding services for the premises, goods and valuables held by the Craiova International Airport Autonomous Administration” (with the signing of 4 (four) subsequent contracts), in compliance with the requirements specified in the specifications and the procurement documentation. The estimated value of the sectoral procurement for the purchase of “Guarding services for the premises, goods and valuables held by the Craiova International Airport Autonomous Administration,” for the framework agreement, is 5.610.240,00 lei excluding VAT / 48 calendar months, of which: - Subsequent contract 1 - 1.401.600 lei excluding VAT/12 months. - Subsequent contract 2 - 1.405.440 lei excluding VAT/12 months. - Subsequent contract 3 - 1.401.600 lei excluding VAT/12 months. - Subsequent contract 4 - 1.401.600 lei excluding VAT/12 months.
