Opportunity description

The procurement concerns security services provided by qualified and authorized personnel for the premises belonging to the Arad Forestry Directorate, for the headquarters of the Arad Forestry Directorate through a single guard post, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications, for a period of 4 years. A framework agreement will be concluded with one operator, along with annual subsequent contracts. Security services with authorized personnel, 1 guard post located at the headquarters of D.S. Arad, 48 Episcopiei Street, Arad municipality, for a period of 4 years. The total number of hours required under the framework agreement is 35040 hours. The description of the services, the performance address, time intervals, and all other information necessary for preparing the tender are included in the attached procurement documentation. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 18. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification, once only, on the 14th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,051,200 RON.
