Opportunity description

The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for guarding and alarm system monitoring services at the facilities of Mavromati Botosani County Emergency Hospital, for a period of 48 months. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders; The services constituting the subject of the contract are guarding and alarm system monitoring services at the facilities of Mavromati M\Botosani County Emergency Hospital, with 15 guard posts as follows: 1. 1 indoor guard post, at the Emergency Reception Unit, 11 Marchian St., during the 24/24 hours/day interval, (Monday – Sunday) – 744 hours/1 month; 2. 1 checkpoint guard post in the main hospital lobby - “Mavromati” Botoșani County Emergency Hospital, 11 Marchian St., during the 6:00 - 14:00 time interval, (8 hours/day - Monday-Friday) – 184 hours/1 month; 3. 1 elevator lobby guard post, “Mavromati” Botoșani County Emergency Hospital, 11 Marchian St., 24/24 hours/day, (Monday – Sunday) – 744 hours/1 month; 4. outdoor guard post, vehicle access gate next to the heating plant - “Mavromati” Botoșani County Emergency Hospital, 11 Marchian St., during the 24/24 hours/day interval, (Monday – Sunday) – 744 hours/1 month; 5. 1 outdoor guard post, Obstetrics-Gynecology Department, 6 George Enescu St., 24/24 hours/day, (Monday – Sunday) – 744 hours/1 month; 6. 1 indoor guard post, Emergency Reception, Obstetrics-Gynecology Department, 6 George Enescu St., 06:00 – 18:00, (12 hours/day), (Monday-Sunday) – 372 hours/month. 7. 1 outdoor guard post, Pediatrics Department, 12 M.
