The provision of spa treatment, accommodation and meals on a full-board basis for beneficiaries of spa treatment vouchers issued by the National House of Public Pensions is carried out in accommodation and public catering facilities classified by the competent central public institution and in treatment facilities authorized from a medical-spa perspective for the use of health-promoting therapeutic factors by the Ministry of Health, mandatorily located in tourist, spa, climatic or spa-climatic resorts of national or local interest that are legally recognized. - The main conditions for which treatment is provided are: rheumatic, cardiovascular and digestive conditions, respiratory tract conditions, nervous system conditions, gynecological conditions. Other conditions. The contracting authority will award framework agreements for each individual lot to one or more economic operators and subsequently award specific contracts only in compliance with the quantitative, technical and financial conditions established in the respective framework agreement for each individual economic operator. Each time it intends to award a public procurement contract subsequent to a framework agreement relating to any lot, the contracting authority will comply with the annex to the framework agreement for each economic operator, namely the data concerning the number of places, rates and allocation within the service provision period. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the award procedure. Insofar as requests for clarification are received at least 21 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all such requests for clarification on the 12th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders.
