Execution of periodic maintenance works – Asphalt overlays, Year I–Year IV – Lot 1-SDN Craiova, Lot 2-SDN Dr. Tr. Severin, Lot 3-SDN Tg. Jiu, Lot 4-SDN Rm. Valcea, Lot 5-SDN Slatina, Lot 6-SDN Orsova. The contractor will be responsible for laying asphalt overlays, applying road markings and completing shoulders on the sections where asphalt overlays have been laid. Clarifications: 1. The warranty for the works is 36 months (including markings) from the conclusion of the works completion acceptance report, a report signed without objections. 2. Obtaining a building permit is not necessary. Note: A) Pursuant to Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which economic operators interested in participating in the public procurement procedure have the right to request clarifications concerning the procurement documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B) In accordance with the obligation provided for in Article 160(2) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and specifically to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline established for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A) will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the period mentioned in point B), and consequently any request for clarification outside the stated time limits will be considered late. C) Both the economic operators’ requests for clarification concerning the procurement documentation and the contracting authority’s response to requests for clarification or additional information received under the conditions of Article 160(1) of the Law shall be posted in SEAP in the specific section available in the information system. For traffic safety, the “Methodological Rules issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Transport under no. 1112/411 of 04.04.2000 and no. 08.06.2000” concerning the conditions for closing traffic and imposing traffic restrictions in order to carry out works in the public-road area shall be observed. During the works, the work sites will be appropriately signposted, and traffic will be directed by traffic controllers while the works are being carried out.
