Framework agreement for periodic maintenance works Year I - Year IV - asphalt surfacing, Lot 1 - SDN Brasov, Lot 2 - SDN Sibiu, Lot 3 - SDN Tg. Mures, Lot 4 - SDN M.Ciuc, Lot 5 - SDN Sf.Gheorghe, Lot 6 - SA Sibiu. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority has established that the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information concerning the tender documentation is 21 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
