Current summer maintenance works on the carriageway, shoulders, emergency lanes and transition lanes within DRDP Cluj, 4-year framework agreement. The minimum and maximum quantities relating to the framework agreement can be found as an Annex to the procurement documentation/Specifications. Estimated value of the framework agreement for a period of 4 years: The maximum value of the framework agreement is 99.161.690,00 lei excluding VAT. The minimum value of the framework agreement is 9.916.169, 00 lei excluding VAT, according to the estimate in Annex 2. Frequency and value of the subsequent contracts to be awarded: minimum 10 subsequent contract per year and maximum 20 per year. The value of the smallest subsequent contract is: 350.757,63 lei excluding VAT. The value of the largest subsequent contract is: 3.507.576,25 lei excluding VAT. The limits of modifications to the framework agreement will be in accordance with Law 98/2016 and will comply with the situations provided for in Art. 221 of Law No. 98/2016. The contracting authority reserves the right to modify the contract pursuant to Art. 221 of Law 98/2016, provided that these modifications do not fall under the provisions of Art. 221 para. (7) of Law No. 98/2016, meaning that they do not constitute a substantial modification. Deadlines for submission/response to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (1) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation is a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 161 para. (1) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 11th day before the deadline established for submission of tenders. *Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A) will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the deadline mentioned in point B), and consequently any request for clarification within the mentioned deadlines will be considered late.
