4-year framework agreement - Periodic maintenance works - Hot-laid asphalt carpets on the road network managed by DRDP-Constanta – SDN Constanta Estimated value of the framework agreement for a period of 4 years: Maximum framework agreement value – 104.192.998,56 lei excluding VAT, Minimum framework agreement value – 10.419299,86 lei excluding VAT, Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: minimum 1 subsequent contract per year. Value of the smallest subsequent contract: 2.604.824,96 lei excluding VAT. Value of the largest subsequent contract: 26.048.249,64 lei excluding VAT. The minimum and maximum quantities relating to the framework agreement, as well as the estimated minimum and maximum quantities relating to a subsequent contract, can be found as Annexes to the award documentation/specifications. A. Pursuant to Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications/additional information in connection with the Award Documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. B. Pursuant to the obligation laid down in Article 160(2) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and specifically to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline set for submitting tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A) will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the time limit mentioned in point B), and consequently any request for clarification within the mentioned time limits will be considered late. C. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A will make it impossible for the CA to provide a response and, consequently, will be considered LATE. D.
