The subject of the contract consists of the execution of the works related to the objective “Thermal rehabilitation of Pavilion C17–Physiotherapy, Child Psychiatry””. The total estimated value of the works execution contract is 38.422.895,73 lei excluding VAT. The project involves improving the energy efficiency of Building C17 – Physiotherapy, child psychotherapy; therefore, the purposes, functions and degree of fire resistance will remain the same. The energy renovation of Building C17 proposes intervention works aimed at reducing primary energy consumption and CO2 emissions, as well as the specific annual final energy consumption for heating. Building C17 – PHYSIOTHERAPY, CHILD PSYCHOTHERAPY, has a height regime of S+P+3E and consists of patient wards, medical offices, medical rehabilitation areas, sanitary facilities, storage areas and technical areas. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days. Insofar as requests for clarification or additional information are submitted within the time limit established in the data sheet, namely 20 days, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information at least 12 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, pursuant to Art. 161 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
