Lot 1 - Regio North-East customized promotional products - The promotional products will be used in communication, information and promotion activities organized or supported by ADR North-East. The products will be customized with the visual identity elements of the North-East Regional Programme 2021-2027, depending on the specifics of the product, the available surface area and the approved customization technique. Lot 2 - Regio North-East printed materials - includes the production of printed materials required for ADR North-East's promotion activities, including graphic design, DTP, prepress, printing, finishing, packaging and delivery services, in accordance with the minimum technical specifications. The first deadline by which the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators: the 16th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The second deadline by which the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators: the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline by which interested economic operators may request clarifications: up to the 14th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Supply of promotional products customized with the Regio North-East visual identity elements (European Union logo, funding statement, North-East Regional Programme 2021-2027 logo), required for the information and promotion activities carried out by the Managing Authority for the North-East Regional Programme 2021-2027. The lot includes 22 types of promotional products (power banks, bags, gift sets comprising a diary/notebook and pen, pens, textile and paper bags, clothing items, office accessories, thermoses, mugs, LED lamps, portable fans, laptop stands, badges and diaries), in quantities ranging from 100 to 550 pieces per item, totaling 8,550 pieces. The products will be customized using techniques such as UV printing, laser engraving, embroidery, DTF, digital transfer or blind stamping, in accordance with the minimum technical specifications in the tender specifications. Supply of printed materials customized with the Regio North-East visual identity elements, produced through graphic design, DTP, printing and finishing services, required for the information and promotion activities carried out by the Managing Authority for the North-East Regional Programme 2021-2027. The lot includes 7 types of printed materials: wall and desk calendars (2027 and 2028 editions), A5 notepads, flipchart sheets with the region's map and visual cards, in quantities ranging from 50 to 2,000 pieces per item, totaling 3,750 pieces, in accordance with the minimum technical specifications in the tender specifications.
