LOT 1 - The subject of the procurement is the supply of Insecticides for controlling flying or crawling insects within the area of the Municipality of Galati - CPV Code -24452000 -7. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for a period of 24 months for a maximum quantity of 3,000 liters and a minimum quantity of 1,200 liters. Under the framework agreement, two subsequent contracts will be concluded for each year as follows: - The first subsequent contract will be concluded upon completion of the public procurement procedure (in the first half of the year) for a minimum quantity of 300 liters of insecticide and a maximum quantity of 1,000 liters of insecticide. - The second subsequent contract will be concluded in the second half of the year for a minimum quantity of 300 liters of insecticide and a maximum quantity of 500 liters of insecticide. LOT 2 - The subject of the procurement is the supply of Insecticides for controlling flying or crawling insects within the area of the Municipality of Galati - CPV Code -24452000 -7. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for a period of 24 months for a maximum quantity of 2,000 liters and a minimum quantity of 600 liters. Under the framework agreement, two subsequent contracts will be concluded for each year as follows: - The first subsequent contract will be concluded upon completion of the public procurement procedure (in the first half of the year) for a minimum quantity of 150 liters of insecticide and a maximum quantity of 500 liters of insecticide. - The second subsequent contract will be concluded in the second half of the year for a minimum quantity of 150 liters of insecticide and a maximum quantity of 500 liters of insecticide. LOT III - Insecticides for controlling insect larvae in larval habitats - CPV Code -24452000 -7. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for a period of 24 months for a maximum quantity of 1,000 Kg of larvicide and a minimum quantity of 600 Kg of larvicide. Under the framework agreement, two subsequent contracts will be concluded for each year as follows: - The first subsequent contract will be concluded upon completion of the public procurement procedure (in the first half of the year) for a minimum quantity of 150 kg of larvicide and a maximum quantity of 300 kg of larvicide. - The second subsequent contract will be concluded in the second half of the year for a minimum quantity of 150 kg of larvicide and a maximum quantity of 200 kg of larvicide. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
