Opportunity description

The subject matter of the framework agreement is the purchase of IT software packages (Microsoft licenses), required both for ASE’s employed teaching, research, and non-teaching staff and for ASE students / trainees, through the conclusion of a framework supply agreement with a single economic operator for a period of 48 months. The deadline by which economic operators may request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is: 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The consolidated response to requests for clarification will be published on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Supply of IT software packages – Microsoft licenses, under the conditions and with the specifications in the tender specifications, in order to ensure the operating conditions for the activities of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. The supply of the products will be finalized through the conclusion of a framework supply agreement with one economic operator for a period of 48 months.
