Opportunity description

The continuous operation of the electrical and electronic equipment in the signaling and electrification installations is ensured through the continuous supply of electricity, which must be provided at all times at the appropriate parameters (voltage, frequency, power, etc.). Achieving total autonomy from interruptions to the distribution network is ensured with the help of stationary accumulator batteries, installed both in the control post building and outdoors in specially arranged spaces. Due to the advanced degree of deterioration of the accumulator batteries, disruptions may occur in the signaling and electrification installations, with serious consequences for train traffic. At the same time, in the case of old batteries, repeated interventions by the personnel providing maintenance are necessary to keep them operational or to restore the operation of the installations. By replacing old accumulator batteries with new batteries as part of maintenance and repair works on the interlocking installations, a clear improvement in the regularity of train traffic will be achieved, and maintenance activity will be more efficient. LOT 1 - OPZS TYPE BATTERIES, LOT 2 - VRLA TYPE BATTERIES will be purchased. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information regarding the procurement documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will not respond to requests for clarification submitted after the established deadline. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature based on a qualified certificate issued by an accredited certification service provider. Supply of OPzS type batteries, stationary lead-acid accumulator batteries: • of open type; • with unfixed (free) electrolyte; • with positive plates: tubular; • composed of elements (cells) or monoblocks with nominal voltages: - 2V elements (cells); - 6V or 12V monoblocks. Supply of VRLA type stationary lead-acid accumulator batteries: • of sealed type type; • with electrolyte fixed in gel or absorbent glass fiber (Absorbtiv Glass Matt – AGM); • with positive plates: tubular, grid or three-dimensional; • composed of elements (cells) or monoblocks with nominal voltages: - 2V elements (cells); - 6V or 12V monoblocks.
