Legal consultancy, assistance and representation services, financial services and valuation services required throughout the merger process between Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A. and Compania Municipala Termoenergetica Bucuresti S.A., for the purpose of providing the public heat supply service through the integrated centralized heat supply system (SACET) in the Municipality of Bucharest, in accordance with the Memorandum approved at the meeting of the Government of Romania dated 31.01.2024, whose subject is: “Provision of the public centralized heat supply service (SACET), namely the production, transmission, distribution and supply of thermal energy in the Municipality of Bucharest, with a view to the optimal use of energy resources and in compliance with environmental protection, public health and sustainable development standards” – details in the Tender Specifications.
