In order to ensure the performance of railway level crossing maintenance activities by replacing the component elements with new ones of the same type over a proposed cumulative length of a minimum of 2,560 linear m of railway level crossing (approximately 320 TN) and a maximum of 20,480 linear m of railway level crossing (approximately 2500 TN) over 4 years, CFR-SA intends to conclude 8 (eight) framework agreements having as their subject matter “Maintenance and repair works for railway level crossings by replacing the component elements with new ones of the same type”. The works will be carried out within the areas of activity of CF Regional Branches 1-8, separately by lots, in accordance with specifications no. 2/1/875/2021. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information concerning the procurement documentation up to the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information concerning the procurement documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will not respond to requests for clarification submitted after the established deadline. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature II.2.4) Description of the public procurement: The execution of these works will replace the component elements of the railway level crossing and the track superstructure, resulting in the elimination of speed restrictions caused by the condition of the track in order to bring the line within the designed operating parameters and, implicitly, ensure increased comfort and road traffic safety by achieving the flatness of the carriageway area of the railway level crossing, and includes the following minimum operations: -dismantling the existing level crossing -dismantling the CF superstructure -excavation works -carrying out the excavations necessary for water drainage in the level crossing area -restoring the track subgrade for CF lines -laying separating Geotextile -laying reinforcing Geotextile -execution of the CF Superstructure: -execution of a compacted crushed stone layer beneath the underside of the sleepers -positioning the new sleepers -installing the rails on the concrete sleepers -forming the track prism -welding the rails by incorporating them into the CFJ section -laying the elastic slabs and installing the support foundation for the outer slabs -arranging the road connection with the CF -installing a protective guardrail -installing a double-cross sign -installing CF signs.
