Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of user licenses (user-based licenses) for an adaptive learning platform (system), in the quantities and with the technical specifications set out in the Specifications – part of the procurement documentation. The open tender will be concluded by entering into a framework supply agreement with a single economic operator for a period of 24 months. The deadline by which economic operators may request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation is: 18 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 10th day before the deadline established in the Contract Notice for submitting tenders.
