Optional life insurance for Naval Forces personnel carrying out parachuting and/or diving activities within the national territory. It must cover the risk of bodily injury/illness affecting the insured person's health, with a wide range of consequences that may progress to the partial/total disability or death of the insured person, caused by: accidents, disasters or other such events (illness, shooting, irradiation, cardio-respiratory arrest, stroke, etc.), occurring during and due to parachuting and/or diving activities, in the combat training process, in the performance of duties during service, within the national territory. Risks: -Death; - Grade I and II disability; - Grade III disability; - Illnesses, during and due to military actions, the combat training process, instruction and the performance of duties during combat service, resulting in mutilations or irreversible physical defects or bodily injuries/conditions that can be objectively established; - Hospitalization and/or outpatient treatment expenses for periods of between 3 and 90 days if proof of these expenses is provided; - Medication and treatment expenses, if proof is provided that these expenses were incurred; For cases of disability or death caused by accidents, disasters or other such events (illness, shooting, radiation, etc.) occurring during preparation, travel to and from the location of the activity/mission and due to carrying out the activity/mission within the national territory. The number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond, in a consolidated manner, to requests for clarification or information regarding the Award Documentation received, on the 11th day before the deadline established for submitting tenders. The subject matter of the procurement is the conclusion with a single economic operator of a 24-month framework agreement for the procurement of optional life insurance services for Naval Forces personnel carrying out parachuting and/or diving activities within the national territory. Insurance policies will be issued for each individual according to the period for which insurance is requested, or collectively when more than 2 persons need to be insured. The unit price of the framework agreement will be expressed in lei/insurance day/person. Minimum Framework Agreement quantity: 1 person/day Maximum Framework Agreement quantity: 294,190 persons/days (403 persons x 730 days) Estimated quantities for the largest subsequent contract: 403 persons x 90 days = 27,000 days/persons Subsequent contracts will be concluded monthly/quarterly/half-yearly, depending on the needs of the military unit, fluctuations in personnel numbers, and the availability of financial resources allocated for this purpose by the secondary authorizing officer. The number of persons insured under the subsequent contract may be increased or decreased depending on fluctuations in the personnel numbers of the military unit. In this case, an addendum to the contract will be concluded, and the policy will be updated with the actual number of persons, at the purchaser's written request at least 72 hours before the modification is made, with additional or reduced premiums applied equal to the value of the insurance premium/day corresponding to the number of days and persons insured in addition or fewer.
