Opportunity description

The purpose of this procedure is the supply of advanced research and development equipment, specialized industrial machinery, as well as laboratory apparatus, intended to equip the laboratories within the project: “Center for Research and Innovation in the Field of Textiles and the Fashion Industry - SMART-Tex-IS”, SMIS Code: 334492 The subject matter of the contract is structured into 6 distinct lots, as follows Lot 1: Assembly systems for welding textile materials Lot 2: Universal mechanical testing machine Lot 3: Equipment for textile analysis and testing Lot 4: Equipment for textile analysis, waste processing and sustainability assessment processes Lot 5: Laboratory equipment for biotechnologies Lot 6: Industrial textile machinery and systems for prototyping The project is financed through the North-East Regional Program 2021-2027, Priority PRNE_P1 — “A more competitive, more innovative region”, call PR/NE/2024/P1/RSO1.1/1/2 — RDI INFRASTRUCTURES, RDI activities and investments in public RDI organizations and universities. The products will be supplied at the premises of the “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iași, Iași County Note: *The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, insofar as the requests are submitted within the time limit specified in chap. I.1. (20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders) LOT no. 1 – Assembly systems for welding textile materials Under this lot, the following equipment is to be purchased: 1. Assembly system for heat-welding textile materials = 1 pc. 2. Assembly system for ultrasonic welding of textile materials = 1 pc. System for determining the shielding efficiency of planar materials, including conductive textile materials = 1 pc. 2. Thermostatic incubator with shaking platform and accessories = 1 pc. 3. System with kits for analyzing plastic biodegradability = 1 pc. 4. Incubator for determining BOD and biodegradability = 1 pc. 5. Integrated system for hyperspectral analysis of textile materials for sorting textile waste = 1 pc. The detailed technical specifications can be found in the Tender Specifications. Incubator with CO2 and sterilization = 1 pc. 3. CO2 cylinder for the incubator and cylinder rental = 1 pc. 4. Stereomicroscope with tablet, with incident and transmitted illumination = 1 pc. 5.
